Atlas / Enterprise

Talk to sales

For teams putting AI behind internal workflows. Per-customer pilot, then monthly subscription. Includes the same Atlas memory that powers your chat widget.

Talk to Sales
  • 4 to 6 week pilot to ship the first workflow on your data
  • Monthly Atlas platform fee plus per-active-agent operating expense
  • Pilot fee credits 100% against the first months of subscription
  • Monthly opex, cancel any time
  • Tenant-isolated retrieval, full audit trail
  • Bring your own LLM (Claude, OpenAI, Azure, private, self-hosted)
  • SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, Swiss FADP, GDPR
  • Self-hosted deployment option
  • SSO / SAML
  • Dedicated support engineer

All tiers run on the same Atlas substrate: source receipts on every answer, tenant-isolated retrieval, bring-your-own LLM, audit trail by default. The difference between tiers is consumption pattern (chat self-serve vs. agent pilot) and tenant isolation, not the engine underneath.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Free / Growth and Atlas / Enterprise?
Free and Growth are the chat product on Atlas: a widget on your site that answers visitors with the source attached. Atlas / Enterprise is the same memory layer running scheduled or event-triggered agents that draft work for human approval before it reaches a customer or CRM. Same engine, different consumption pattern. Most teams start with chat; some add agents once they want internal workflows on the same knowledge base.
What happens when I hit my free tier limit?
The AI agent will stop responding to new conversations for the rest of the month. You can upgrade at any time to resume.
How does the security review work?
When you sign up, our team reviews your account before activating it. This is a brief process (typically under 24 hours) to ensure the integrity of the platform. You will receive an email when your account is ready.
Can I self-host Clarm?
Yes, the Atlas / Enterprise plan includes self-hosted deployment options. The AI agent, tracking, and dashboard can all run on your own infrastructure. Available for SOC 2, HIPAA, Swiss FADP, and on-prem-required workloads.
What LLMs does Clarm support?
By default, Clarm uses OpenAI models. Atlas / Enterprise customers can bring their own LLM via Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Anthropic (Claude), Together AI, or self-hosted inference. Switching is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
Is there a trial for the Growth plan?
Yes, all Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with full features.
How long does an Atlas pilot take?
Four to six weeks to ship the first workflow on your data. The pilot fee credits 100% against the first months of subscription, so if you continue, the pilot cost folds into ongoing opex. If you do not continue, you keep what was built.
