Marcus Storm-Mollard
Marcus is the CEO and co-founder of Clarm. Clarm Atlas lets non-technical teams build AI coworker agents using building blocks pre-approved by IT and compliance, giving teams the freedom to deploy complete agents straight into production.
Background
Marcus studied physics at Imperial College London and spent six years building AI inside large companies. At Deutsche Bank he built an AI team in the Securities Services division; at NielsenIQ he built consumer-goods forecasting models. He is a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford.
Clarm began as a bot that answered questions about open-source libraries by reading their documentation. Maintainers such as Better Auth adopted it within days, and it grew into an inbound product for software companies. Customers then asked it to do more than answer questions, so in 2026 Clarm became an agent builder for operations teams: Clarm Atlas.

Marcus runs Clarm, which builds for operations teams in food and consumer-goods supply chains, financial services, healthcare, and aviation. He writes about building AI agents without code, how IT and compliance can approve agent building blocks once instead of reviewing every project, and how AI search is changing the way buyers find software.
